We believe in a world where every young person has the same opportunity to contribute and feel valued within their community and we want to continue to build relationships with local businesses and organisation that share our values.
Free Training: West Lea School staff are trained in the delivery of Autism and Neurodiversity, Learning Disability and Mental Health Awareness. We will empower and equip your staff to work effectively with colleagues and members of the public, talk about these subjects and develop a culture of support and understanding.
Supported Internships: Supported Internships are fully-funded work placements, in a role shaped around the needs of the business, with a view to paid employment for the Intern at the end of the placement. We agree a role with you. We job match for you. We support you and the Intern every step of the way. The business employs them when they are ready.
