The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts Finchley, is a Saturday morning performing arts school providing high-energy and diverse training for children and young people aged 4-18. Students are split into groups according to their age, with tailored classes and expert industry professional teachers. Our three modules are Comedy & Drama, Musical Theatre and Film & TV, students get to enjoy all three modules each lasting for 50 mins. We run regular projects and masterclasses, giving students the chance to learn form some amazing teachers currently working in the industry covering all different aspects of performing arts from stage/on screen combat, west-end workshops to Stage -make up and masking there’s something for everyone.
PQA Finchley also give students the opportunity to perform on a professional stage in a full production show (Singing, dancing, acting, the works!), as well as getting to show all the fantastic films that have been made to family and friends at our annual cinema screening.
Our main focus is to help students gain confidence in a friendly, fun and secured learning environment, I have a fantastic team of teachers who are approachable, kind and caring and always on hand to help and support students and each other which I absolutely adore.

In lockdown, our fantastic team of teachers and students have taken everything online which has been a huge success!! We have continued to make PQA a fun learning experience bringing all the joys of performing arts to your home 🙂
