NCT Enfield

Parenting Support in first 1000 Days

The NCT (National Childbirth Trust) aims to provide support to all families from the start of pregnancy through their child’s second birthday. NCT has a network of local branches and the Enfield Branch offers support, information and friendship to new parents and parents-to-be.

For up-to-date events please follow our Facebook Page or Instagram.

Local parents volunteer to organise Bumps & Babies groups, Walks in the Park, NCTeas, Nearly New Sales, Expectant Parent Nights, (and more to come!). Our aim is for new and prospective parents to know that there is somewhere to go to meet other parents, make friends and share experiences in the early days of parenting.

Branches provide a link between local parents and the national charity so what we hear about parents’ experiences helps NCT to determine which issues to campaign on nationally. Current campaigns focus on postnatal mental health, childcare costs and fair maternity/paternity pay.

We are always looking for people to volunteer! If you can spare an hour a week, a month or would like to get involved in one-off events, we would love to hear from you.

You do not need to be a member of the NCT to come along to any of our events or access support. All are welcome!
