GAMING ARENA & SOFT PLAY AREA + CAFE
A 1500 square foot centre split over two floors with three spacious rooms containing a children’s Soft Play Area on the ground level and Gaming Arena on the upper level as well as having a cafeteria on the ground level.
I put my plan in action to convert the building and create a children’s Soft Play Area on the ground level and Gaming Arena on the upper level as well as having a cafeteria on the ground level. Having a background in interior design I started sketching ideas and with the help of my son we came up with a concept of having popular gaming icons such as Sonic the Hedgehog as well as popular gaming brands and titles designed on the walls on the upper level in the form of graffiti art. For the children’s play area, although I was confined with space I wanted to create a place for young toddlers and kids a place where they can do all types of activities from climbing zones, slides and trampolines to book reading and colouring area. And this was the inspiration for the name GAMETIME PLAYTIME.
