Hi, I’m Dani, founder of Dani H postnatal support coaching. I am a proud mummy of 3, based in Essex. I have been a midwife and health visitor with the NHS for the past 14 years. I decided to set up my own postnatal support service because I want to create more time and more 1:1 care for new mums in order to reduce stress/ worries and to optimise their experiences so that mums are free to focus upon bonding with and enjoying their new baby.Â
Becoming a new mum is for most of us both exciting and nerve wracking in equal measures. There are so many questions, what can I expect, will I be good at this? The postnatal period is often filled with highs and lows and is a transition period of finding your feet, dealing with the rush of hormones, navigating the lack of sleep and getting to know your new little person. I have personally supported thousands of women during the postnatal period and am passionate about empowering women to realise their potential. I believe that all new mum’s deserve to enjoy those crucial, early moments, whilst being cared for and supported to become confident, fulfilled parents. I offer practical and emotional support via zoom. Sessions are led by you and can be single sessions as needed or a course of 6 weekly sessions. You may want to discuss your birth, feelings, your relationship, or have health questions in relation to you or your baby. I can advise on a variety of topics including safe sleep, feeding, weaning, sleep, toileting, developmental milestones, behaviour.Â
